Founded by visionary leader Dina Johnson, DJ Collaboratives LLC is more than an organization; it’s a movement. Born from Dina’s personal journey, shaped by the unwavering support of mentors throughout her life, DJ Collaboratives exists to create that same life-changing impact for the next generation. From her grandparents and uncle to teachers and close friends, Dina was surrounded by individuals who saw her potential and poured into her growth.
Now, as Founder and CEO, she is paying it forward by opening doors for youth and young adults who are ready to rise.
At its core, DJ Collaboratives LLC is a powerful platform for transformation. We serve individuals ages 13–30 through intentional mentorship, life skills training, and personal development programs. Whether a teen seeking confidence, a young adult navigating career choices, or someone striving for personal success, our programs meet participants where they are—and help them go further than they imagined possible.
